🚨 Cold Case Spotlight: Seeking Justice for Leah Ulbrich 🚨
On October 29, 1995, around 4:49 a.m., multiple 911 callers reported a horrifying scene in Hartford Connecticut, a woman being dragged by a dark colored car, possibly a mid-90s Nissan Maxima, from Locust Street toward Wethersfield Avenue. A nearby officer also spotted the vehicle driving without headlights and attempted to pursue it but lost sight of it. Following a trail on the roadway, the officer discovered the victim, 24-year-old Leah Ulbrich, on Jordan Lane in Wethersfield. Sadly, she was pronounced dead at the scene, and her death was ruled a homicide caused by extensive blunt-force trauma.
Since that morning, Hartford and Wethersfield Police, along with the Cold Case Unit, have worked tirelessly to uncover the truth behind Leah’s murder. Investigators continue to seek information that could finally bring justice to her and closure to her loved ones.
