Marsha Lois Hall Lamonda was just 25 years old when she was reported missing from South Burlington, Vermont, on July 6, 1977, after last being seen a week earlier. A decade later, on August 25, 1987, her decomposed remains were discovered off Bean Road in Charlotte, Vermont. Authorities determined her death was a homicide unrelated to her known medical conditions. Despite renewed appeals from investigators, her murder remains one of Vermont’s many unsolved cases.
