The Missing
Mark Allen Husk
Ferrisburg, Vermont

🚨 Missing Person: Mark Husk 🚨
Mark Husk, a 50 year old man from Ferrisburg, Vermont, was last seen at his residence on Old Chicago Road on October 11–12, 2003. He was not reported missing until November 5, 2003, after family and friends were unable to reach him. Authorities later classified his case as endangered missing, some claiming Mark seemed “despondent” prior to his disappearance. Family members described Mark as a private individual who sometimes kept to himself and did not always maintain regular contact.
An avid outdoorsman and sportsman, Mark frequently traveled alone across the country for extended periods, often using bus routes or Amtrak trains to destinations including New York City. Despite extensive searches and continued investigation, he has never been located.
At the time he vanished, Mark stood approximately 5’9” tall and weighed between 140–150 pounds. He is a white male with blond hair, green or hazel eyes, and typically wore wire-rimmed eyeglasses. He has identifying scars on his elbow, on the lower right side of his lip extending toward his jaw, and possibly a faint scar on his neck.
Anyone with information is urged to contact the Vermont State Police Rutland Barracks at 802-773-9101.
His case remains open, and investigators continue to seek answers. 🙏
