🚨 Missing Person: Marklenny Candelario 🚨

Marklenny Candelario, a 23 year old Hispanic female originally from New York, was reported missing on September 22, 2011. Prior to her disappearance, she had relocated to New Haven, Vermont where she was living at the Sugarhouse Motel after fleeing domestic problems. She was caring for her two young children, a two-year-old and a fourteen-month-old, at the time.

Before leaving Vermont, Marklenny arranged for acquaintances to care for her younger child and traveled with her older son to New York City. They were dropped off at the Burlington International Airport JetBlue terminal, and she stated she would return within a day. She successfully dropped her son off with his father in the Bronx and said she planned to visit the Dominican Embassy to resolve a passport issue. This was the last confirmed sighting of her.

On the day she vanished, Marklenny’s backpack was discovered on a bus terminal platform in Massachusetts. A relative later reported receiving a call from her in which she claimed she was being held in New York against her will. Marklenny suffers from mental health issues and requires medication to manage her condition. While rumors have circulated that she may have returned to the Dominican Republic, she remains officially listed as an endangered missing person, and the circumstances surrounding her disappearance remain unclear.
