🚨 Missing Person: Jeffrey Wayne Bowen 🚨

Jeffrey Wayne Bowen, a 43 year old man from Wilder, Vermont, was reported missing on October 7, 2004, though he was last seen five days earlier on October 2, 2004, at his residence in Wilder. His disappearance was reported by his daughter at the direction of Probation & Parole, which had an active warrant out for him. Jeffrey’s roommate last saw him that Saturday as he gathered his tools to work on his niece’s vehicle; however, when the niece arrived to pick him up, he was not there, and he has not been seen or heard from since. Family members stated it is highly unusual for Jeffrey not to stay in contact, especially with his daughter.

Jeffrey is classified as an endangered missing person. He is described as a White male born around 1961, standing approximately 6’0″ to 6’2″ tall and weighing between 220 and 240 pounds. He has gray or partially gray hair, brown eyes, and was known to have a scruffy beard with graying hair at the time of his disappearance. He was last seen at his home in the 1700 block of Hartford Avenue in Wilder, Windsor County, Vermont. Few details are available regarding his disappearance, and the Hartford Police Department continues to investigate.
