Nearly 25 years later, a newly released age progression was created by a forensic artist with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. The image was revealed during a press conference held across the street from the school where Bianca was last seen around 8:30 that morning. Investigators say the case remains active, with persons of interest identified and a strong lead regarding the driver of the van Bianca entered that day. Authorities emphasize that there is still hope, Bianca could be alive, though they have not ruled out other possibilities. Her disappearance deeply impacted the community, and officials continue to stress the importance of finding answers for her family.
    On the day she vanished, Bianca told her teacher she needed to speak with her “uncle” before class. She mentioned to classmates that he planned to take her shopping at a local mall and even invited them along, though they declined. Bianca, described as a good student who loved shopping, was last seen getting into a two-toned brown van with tinted windows driven by a dark haired man with a beard. When she didn’t return home, her parents initially thought she might be visiting a friend, but concern grew later that evening when they discovered she had not attended school at all. In a troubling detail, her family later confirmed that Bianca did not have an uncle, raising urgent questions about the identity of the man she intended to meet. Bianca has not been seen since.
    Bianca is Hispanic, with brown hair, hazel eyes, and a birthmark on her forehead. She would be 34 years old today. Over the years, her family has watched her grow through multiple age progressions, a process that can be both hopeful and deeply emotional.
