🔍 Who Was “Jeff”? | Unidentified Man Found in Philadelphia 🕊️
On Christmas Day, December 25, 2025, an unidentified man was found deceased at a Dunkin’ Donuts near Bustleton Avenue and Cottman Avenue in Northeast Philadelphia.
Investigators believe he may have been experiencing homelessness and had been staying in the area.
He was known as “Jeff.”
Authorities believe he may have been from or connected to the Lansdale, Pennsylvania area. But despite this information, his full name and identity remain unknown.
The man was estimated to be between 65 and 80 years old. He was approximately 5’8″ tall and weighed around 240 pounds.
He had:
- White hair with a full head of hair
- A full beard and mustache
- A recognizable face
- White/Caucasian ancestry
All of his remains were recovered.
His case is listed with the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs) as UP153854, with the Philadelphia Medical Examiner’s case number 25-5935.
💠Somewhere, there may be someone who knows who “Jeff” was.
Maybe someone knew him by name. Maybe someone remembers seeing him around Lansdale. Maybe someone knew where he came from or had spoken with him shortly before his death.
For someone who spent his final days without a confirmed identity, even a small piece of information could make an enormous difference.
Giving an unidentified person their name back is more than solving a case—it means giving their family the chance to know what happened to someone they loved.
