I will be posting my lists of unidentified persons in my own order of choice, continuing with an area of New Jersey called Bergen County.
I am doing this to promote awareness of small town Doe’s that do not receive nearly enough media attention.

Scars, marks, tattoos: stainless steel intra medullary rod was inserted surgically in right upper leg bone
Dental: the victim had a partial upper denture plate with six teeth present.
Clothing: The victim was found wearing blue jeans with a black belt, blue or black sock, a light colored short sleeve shirt, a red fishnet t shirt, and boxer shorts. The victim was carrying a comb.
Circumstances: On September 2, 1973, the victim was found at the base of a 200 ft cliff known as “State Line Lookout” in the Alpine, New Jersey section of Palisades Interstate Park.
