I am doing this to promote awareness of small town Doe’s that do not receive nearly enough media attention.

Scars, marks, tattoos: The victim had a scar on his abdomen.
Clothing: The victim was not wearing any clothing when he was found.
Other: The fingernails on the right hand were cut close to his fingers. He had kinky hair.
Circumstances: The victim was found dead in his apartment on August 20, 1985 in Newark,
Essex County, NJ.

Notes: I’m curious as to how it’s possible that this man was found dead in his apartment, but no one, not even the landlord has any inkling of what his name was? Isn’t there paperwork you have to fill out when you want to rent an apartment? Unless they left out the part where he may
have used a fake name.
