I will be posting my lists of unidentified persons in my own order of choice, continuing with an area of New Jersey called Essex County. (pt. 9)
I am doing this to promote awareness of small town Doe’s that do not receive nearly enough media attention.

Unidentified Deceased Black Male

Scars, marks, tattoos: The victim had a tattoo on his left forearm. The tattoo said “JB” (see photo below.) 
Clothing: The victim was found wearing blue “U.S Polo Association” brand carpenter style jeans, two t-shirts, socks, a leather belt, thermal underwear bottoms, and one brown Timberland brand boot.
Other: The victim had $6.00 and a pair of work gloves in his possession.
Circumstances: The victim was found on April 13, 2000 in the Passaic River near the Kearny-Newark border. The victim may have been in the water for two to five weeks.
X-rays, thumb prints and dental records are available for comparison.

Other: The weight of the victim is approximated.
Circumstances: The victim was found on May 15, 2000 in East Orange. It is believed that the man died suddenly.
