I am doing this to promote awareness of small town Doe’s that do not receive nearly enough media attention.

Scars, marks, tattoos: The victim had a tattoo of an outline of a cross on his upper right arm. He had a tattoo on his upper left arm with the word “Mike”, “Niko,” or “Nino”. He also has a pierced left ear.
Clothing: The victim was found wearing a white sneaker on his left foot, a pair of white sweat socks, blue pants with thin white stripes, and a pair of white “Jockey” shorts. The right sneaker was found on the embankment about 15 feet west of the body.
Jewelry: The victim was wearing a gold colored loop in his left ear lobe.
Circumstances: The victim was found on May 4, 1981 in the Hudson River.

Circumstances: The victim was found in Jersey City, Hudson County, New Jersey.

Circumstances: The victim was found on May 15, 1984 at the end of Cape
May Street, Harrison, Hudson County, NJ on the bank of the Passaic River. The death was determined to be drowning.

Circumstances: On October 27, 1984, the victim was found in the water at Liberty State Park, Jersey City, New Jersey.
