Other: When the victim was found, she was carrying a white keychain with her name on the front. (It does not specify what the name was.) The keychain had folding scissors on them. Her previous NIC # is U615144127, and that was entered on January 8, 1993.
Circumstances: On October 5, 1991, skeletal remains of the victim were found in an abandoned building in Elizabeth, NJ.
