Victoria “Vicky” Williams was 13 years old when she disappeared from Newark, New Jersey on October 19, 2013. She left her parents home on Fabyan Place that day, stating she would be going to hang out with friends. She did not return. Vicky is described as a physically active African American girl who was 5’6” in height, 133 lbs, with brown eyes and braided black hair. At the time, she had blonde extensions in her hair, and she had to wear a blue medical boot after suffering from an injury to her foot. Vicky attended a Newark public school, but it is not specified which one. She was last seen wearing pink pants, and a black shirt. Another source states she was last seen wearing a blue denim long-sleeved shirt, a gray short-sleeved shirt and blue jeans. She has a skin condition on her arms and legs, it is assumed to be Eczema. Her date of birth is listed as 11/15/1999. Police believe she left of her own accord. She may still be in the local area, or there were theories that she traveled to California, the San Diego area to be specific.
