I am doing this to promote awareness of small town Doe’s that do not receive nearly enough media attention.

Estimated age: 20-35 years
Circumstances: The victim was found floating in the Atlantic Ocean, 7 miles east of Sandy Hook, New Jersey on July 26, 1998. He was carrying a prescription medicine, Dilantin 100, in one pocket of his shorts. A quick google search: Dilantin 100 MG Capsule is an anticonvulsant used for the treatment of tonic-clonic (grand mal) and psychomotor (temporal lobe) seizures (a brain disorder characterized by uncontrolled jerking movements and loss of consciousness.)

Weight: 110-125 lbs

Clothing: Black/green plaid shorts size Medium.
Jewelry: Black “rado” brand watch, yellow metal necklace with 3 yellow metal charms, two of the charms are identical ¾ square picture frame shaped pieces, depicting the Christ figure in one, and a religious figure in the other. Both have the letters PAZ inscribed on the back. The third charm is a double cross, known as a “caravaca” cross, with an angel figure on the right and left sides at the bottom of the cross. Circumstances: On May 25, 2001, a male human left foot along with a sock and sneaker, were discovered in the water in Sea Bright, Monmouth County NJ.

Clothing: The foot was contained within a mainly gray with black “Attest” brand left sneaker. The sneaker had an orange “Nike” emblem on it. “BRS 1000” was printed on the sole of the sneaker. The shoelace of the seeker is intact and tied in a double knot. The label of the show reads “Made in Indonesia, US11, 990406IR.” The sneaker is a male size 11. The foot was also contained within a white “Haines” brand anklet sock.
Other: It is unknown what race the victim was but it is certain that the foot is not from a black man.
