66 year old Karl Wallace was reported missing from Philadelphia Pennsylvania’s 14th district. He was last seen on November 6, 2025. Karl is 66 years old, stands 5’8”, and has a medium build. He was last seen wearing blue pants, a black jacket, and a black baseball hat.
Karl was reported missing from the 1300 block of Spring Garden Street. He was last known to be transported by Uber to Einstein Hospital at 5501 Old York Road on November 4, 2025, around 2:00 p.m., and did not return home.
