Norman Donald Baxter, 31, was last seen on February 6, 2017, in West Warwick, Rhode Island. His disappearance is classified as endangered missing, and there has been little information uncovered about his whereabouts since.
The day before he vanished, Norman left his job at Home Depot in Providence but never made it home. It was realized that he was admitted to Kent Hospital for undisclosed reasons. On February 6th, he contacted his mother to say he had been discharged. But that was the last time anyone heard from him.
Baxter is described as a white male, standing between 5’8” and 5’9” tall and weighing approximately 180 to 190 pounds. He has brown hair, green eyes, and pierced ears. When last seen, he was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, a white t-shirt, blue jeans, and light blue sneakers.
At the time of his disappearance, Baxter was receiving treatment for drug addiction and was prescribed Suboxone, a medication used to manage opioid dependence and withdrawal. He also suffers from bipolar disorder and struggles with alcoholism, raising concerns for his well-being.
Despite ongoing efforts, few details have emerged in his case, and his loved ones are still searching for answers.
