The Nameless Baltimore Jane Doe 2005

✨ Help Restore Her Identity ✨
On the morning of January 17, 2005, a heartbreaking discovery was made in downtown Baltimore, Maryland. An unidentified Black woman, believed to be between 50 and 70 years old, was found unresponsive on the sidewalk near 1 East Pratt Street. Despite being discovered only moments after her death, her identity remains unknown more than two decades later. She stood approximately 5’5” tall and weighed around 191 pounds, with short black hair and brown eyes. Distinctive features included scars on her forehead, abdomen, and an area of missing pigmentation on her forehead.
Sadly, little is known about the final moments of her life. The cause of her death has never been publicly determined, and details about her clothing, jewelry, or personal belongings were not available. Though investigators obtained her dental records, fingerprints, and DNA samples, no match has yet been made, leaving her without a name and her loved ones without answers.
Every unidentified person has a story, a family, and a life that mattered. Somewhere, someone may still be wondering what happened to a mother, sister, grandmother, friend, or loved one who never came home. As the years pass, the hope remains that this woman will one day be identified, allowing her to reclaim her name and giving those who knew her the answers they deserve.
