🧩🖤 Someone Is Still Missing Him: Help Identify John Bronx Doe (2019) 🖤🧩

On March 21, 2019, the body of an unidentified young man was discovered floating in the Harlem River near West Fordham Road in the Bronx, New York. Investigators believe he had been there for several weeks. To this day, no one has come forward to identify him, leaving his story unfinished and his loved ones, wherever they may be, without answers.

This young man is believed to have been between 17 and 25 years old, standing approximately 6’1″ tall and weighing around 144 pounds. He had brown eyes, 3-inch curly black hair, and was dressed in a large gray T-shirt, a dark brown leather-style zip-up jacket, a gray “Inflation” hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, a black Dockers belt (size 34), gray Hanes boxer briefs, and black Nike ACG Lunardome 1 high-top sneakers. A forensic facial reconstruction was created to show what he may have looked like during his life, in the hope that someone will recognize him.

Somewhere, someone may remember a young man who suddenly stopped calling, stopped coming home, or simply vanished without explanation. Someone may still be wondering where he went. He deserves more than the name “John Doe.” He deserves to have his identity restored, his story told, and, if possible, to be reunited with the family and friends who may still be searching for him.

If you recognize this young man or have any information that could help identify him, please contact the New York Office of Chief Medical Examiner at 212-447-2030.

💙 Every unidentified person was once someone’s child, friend, sibling, or loved one.
