💙 A Boy Who Never Came Home… Where Is Edmond “Eddie” Tillman? 🕯️🙏

On August 10, 2005, 14-year-old Edmond “Eddie” Tillman left home expecting to take a school placement test that could help him advance to the eighth grade. It should have been an ordinary day filled with hope for the future. Instead, it became the last day his family ever saw him. Nearly two decades later, the questions surrounding Eddie’s disappearance remain unanswered, and those who love him are still searching for the little boy who never came home.

Eddie was last seen around 7:00 p.m. near Houston and Pitt Streets in Manhattan New York’s East Village after his mother dropped him off earlier that day. He vanished without taking any personal belongings, leaving behind the people who loved him and a family forever changed by his absence. While investigators believe he may have left on his own, no one knows what truly happened to him, and every passing year has only deepened the mystery.

Before his disappearance, Eddie had recently shared with his family that he was gay. His mother has said she supported him, but after he went missing, she learned he may have been communicating online with older individuals. Whether those conversations had anything to do with his disappearance remains unknown, but they continue to be one of many unanswered questions in this heartbreaking case.

Today, Eddie would be in his mid-30s. His family has spent years wondering where he is, whether he is safe, and if he knows they have never stopped looking for him. Every birthday, every holiday, and every milestone has been marked by the painful absence of a son, a relative, and a loved one whose story is still unfinished.

Eddie is described as a Black male with brown hair and brown eyes. He was 5’3″ tall and weighed between 135 and 145 pounds when he disappeared. He has several distinctive features, including a pierced left ear that wore a gold hoop earring, small preauricular sinus holes above both ear canals that resemble piercings, a mole on his left eyebrow, a birthmark on the left side of his abdomen, and a slightly pigeon-toed walk. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, denim shorts or blue jeans, and blue-and-white Nike sneakers.

Investigators have received reported sightings over the years, including possible sightings in Manhattan’s West Village, and believe Eddie may have remained in the New York area or possibly traveled to San Francisco. Despite these leads, his disappearance remains unsolved.
