A man was found deceased on a Philadelphia street on October 13, 2025, but more than 11 months later, his identity remains unknown.
He deserves to have his name returned to him.
💔 WHAT WE KNOW
The man is believed to have been between 45 and 60 years old and was found unresponsive in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Investigators describe him as:
• White/Caucasian male
• Approximately 5’6″–5’8″ tall
• Approximately 150–155 pounds
• Brown, balding hair with a receding hairline
• Hazel eyes
• Mustache, beard and facial stubble
• Chest hair
• No tattoos
He had a surgical rod in his left femur, which could be an especially important identifying detail for someone who knew him or knew about his medical history.
At the time he was found, he was wearing:
• Black 2XL Lonsdale London hoodie
• Red XL T-shirt with a pocket on the left side
• White medium sweatpants with stains
• Navy blue 2XL cotton shorts with light-blue stripes
• Navy and white size 12 sneakers with rips along the sides
• A black rubber bracelet with ribbons around it
The tag on his shorts had a handwritten “J” in marker.

Maybe you remember a neighbor, friend, coworker, acquaintance or relative who suddenly disappeared.
