Colin James Arey, also known as “Cole,” was last seen on January 25, 2017, when his stepfather dropped him off at the Brewer Civic Center in Brewer, Maine. Colin was reportedly preparing to start a new job in Bangor.
He had contact with a former coworker through social media that same day, but he has not been heard from since.
Colin’s family initially believed he may have returned to New York, where he had previously attended fashion design school. When they were unable to reach him after his grandmother became ill, they became concerned and reported him missing in June 2018.

• 5’9″–5’10”
• Approximately 240 lbs
• Blond hair
• Blue eyes
• May have a strawberry-type birthmark above his left eye

• Has never had a driver’s license and is not known to drive
💻 Colin was described by loved ones as introverted and someone who enjoyed computer games. He had previously worked as a substitute teacher and education technician in Bucksport, Maine.
