On the morning of April 22, 1987, a discovery along a railroad bed in Berlin, New Hampshire, revealed a tragedy that would leave a family without answers and a community searching for justice.
Raymond Breault was just 17 years old when his life was taken. At approximately 6:30 a.m., railroad workers discovered his body on the railroad bed adjacent to Jericho Road, where he lived.
Raymond had suffered a fatal single stab wound to the heart. His death was ruled a homicide, and what should have been an ordinary morning became the beginning of a murder investigation that remains unresolved decades later.
More than 39 years have passed since Raymond was found, but his case remains unsolved. Somewhere, someone may know what happened to this 17-year-old boy. Someone may hold a detail, a memory, or information that could finally help investigators piece together the events surrounding his death.
💔 Raymond was only 17. He had his whole life ahead of him, but instead, his story became one of the many unsolved homicides still waiting for justice.
His name deserves to be remembered, his case deserves attention, and the person responsible deserves to be held accountable.
