I am doing this to promote awareness of small town Doe’s that do not receive nearly enough media attention.

Circumstances: The infant’s body was found on May 10, 1991 in the
Second River, Branch Brook Park, Newark, NJ.

Clothing: The victim was wearing a blue short sleeve polo shirt with white and blue stripes, blue jeans, a black leather belt with a white metal buckle, a two-tone blue t-shirt with a tropical motif on the front and the words “Puerto Rico Ser Boricua es un honor,” white underwear, a white t-shirt, and a brown bedroom slippers.
Other: The victim had a salt and pepper colored beard and mustache.
Circumstances: On May 27, 1991, the victim was found in Newark, New Jersey.

Scars, marks, tattoos: Victim had old suicidal cuts on both wrists and a midline abdominal surgical scar. 
Clothing: The victim was wearing a gray long sleeve sweatshirt (size small), a green an white bra, white panties with yellow hearts, blue jeans (size 3), white sweat socks, and a black low cut Olympian sneakers (size 5). The victim was also wearing a white satin cloth cross and a large cloth cross on her neck.
Other: The victim may be a Hispanic white female or a Caucasian white female.
Circumstances: The victim was found on June 16, 1992 in the Passaic River at the rear of 184 Doremus Avenue, Newark, Essex County, New Jersey.
X-rays were not mentioned in the report.

Circumstances: The victim was found on December 31, 1992 in a building in Newark, Essex County, NJ.

Unidentified Deceased Black Male

Scars, marks, tattoos: The victim had a healed fractured upper right leg. He had 5 surgical screws in the midportion of the right femur. Additionally, tracks consistent with screw placement are seen in the proximal femur and
the greater trochanter.
Clothing: The victim was found wearing a red checked woolen coat, size tall. The numbers 3x 13  are seen on the tag. He was also wearing a pair of blue “Expel” work pants (size 42x). The pants are held in place by a wire with white insulation. He was wearing a pair of sweat socks.
Other: The pockets of the victim’s pants contained a utility knife and a yellow cigarette lighter. The right breast pocket of the coat contains an application for Welfare benefits. The form has either not been filled out or the writing is effaced. Included with the remains on the right side of his head are a pair of  plastic framed prescription glasses.
Circumstances: The victim’s body was found on March 5, 1994 in an abandoned building.

Other: The victim has a gray beard and mustache and has all his natural teeth with no fillings. 
Circumstances: On December 23,1994, the victim was found in an abandoned building in Newark, Essex County, NJ
