Scars, marks, tattoos: The victim has a scar on his right arm and hand and has numerous freckles on his face.
Clothing: The victim was wearing black sneakers with blue shoelaces, white socks, a green pair of corduroy pants, a green and orange baseball cap with the logo “Newport” and a pair of brown briefs. The victim was also wearing a black winter coat with blue inner lining, a white jacket with blue and white stripes on the sleeves, a white and brown sweatshirt with designs, a sleeveless white t-shirt with “Newport, Shoot for the Stars” in green letters, and a large lumbar support belt around the waist.
Other: The victim is balding, has a receding hairline and has a mustache and beard.
Circumstances: The victim was found in an abandoned building in Newark, Essex County NJ.

Scars, marks, tattoos: Victim has a mustache and a grey beard. He has surgical scars on the lower left leg and upper right leg with metal hardware. He also had no teeth in his mouth.
Clothing: Winter coat with dress pants, a long sleeve shirt, a blue hooded sweatshirt and two other jackets.
Other: He was carrying cigarettes, a voltage tester, a can opener and ear plugs. The victim was known by people in the area as “Wayne” and is also known to walk on the highway. He was possibly an engineer who may have lost his wife in a house fire in Newark. Victim cashed change at the Penn Federal Savings Bank on Wilson Avenue in Newark, and he spent hours in the lobby. The Possible last name of the victim is “Campbell” and he may have lived at one time off of Exit 7 of the New Jersey Turnpike (Bordentown)
Circumstances: The victim was found near Delancy Street exit in Newark, New Jersey on May 11, 1996. Victim was living on Delancy street under the Routes 1 and 9 bridge.

Circumstances: The victim was found on May 24, 1996 in the Passaic River in Newark, Essex County NJ.

Other: The victim had a full beard and moustache. He was wearing a red and white striped hospital tag on his left wrist. It was dated February 15, 1997. The band appeared clean and new. He was also carrying $0.36 in his pocket.
Circumstances: The victim was found on March 30, 1997 in Newark, Essex County NJ.

For case #9643652, the shorts with “Marlboro Hospital” might mean a link to the Marlboro Psychiatric Center, which closed in 1998. Many patients were transferred to the old Overbrook Psychiatric in Cedar Grove, which was on the Caldwell train line. It would not be surprising if this poor soul had been a patient at one or both of these former facilities.

Wow, good catch! I had no idea! That could potentially help identify him, then again I’m not sure if they still have any patient records.
