The Missing
Kacey Lynn Prim
Case #: 201100258
Camden County
Kacey Prim was 23 years old when she was last seen by her mother, leaving their home to go for a walk, in Audubon, New Jersey on January 3 or 4, 2011. She left her purse behind. She is a white female, 5’09” tall, 130 lbs with Blonde hair and blue eyes. She may have been wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and black and white sneakers. Her nose is pierced and wears a diamond stud nose ring. Kacey has a butterfly tattoo on her right hip, an unknown tattoo on her right hand and another on her abdomen. Her mother said nothing seemed to be amiss when she left. Kacey has a history of heroin use dating back to her teens, but she had gotten clean prior to her disappearance. She has been known to frequent Camden New Jersey.
She spoke to her mother on the phone the day after she was seen leaving her home, apologizing for being out so long, and she told her mom she would be home soon. But Kacey abruptly hung up on her, which is uncharacteristic of her behavior. She never came home and never got in touch with her family again.
Kacey began using heroin in 2006 after her father passed away from Lou Gehrig’s disease. After a couple of years however, she went into recovery and enrolled in Gloucester County College for night classes. She planned to become a physical education teacher.
Some time after vanishing, Kacey was sighted by a friend in the 5800 block of Arch Street in West Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. There have been no confirmed sightings since.
Kacey’s case remains unsolved.
