Unidentified Male Found in Vernon, New Jersey 

On April 6, 1997, the remains of an unidentified adult male were discovered in Vernon, Sussex County, New Jersey. Investigators estimated that the individual was between 50 and 70 years old, with a likely birth year ranging from 1927 to 1947. He was described as a Caucasian male, approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing around 215 pounds. His hair was noted as sandy-colored, while his eye color could not be determined.

At the time he was found, the man was wearing a pair of gray Dockers pants (size 44/30), a blue plaid shirt, socks, and Spalding sneakers (size 9½). The clothing and footwear were found on the body. Authorities believe his death occurred no later than 1997. The case remains unsolved, and the individual has not yet been identified.
