🙏 Help Bring Ryan Home to His Children 🙏

Ryan Shawn Culver, 46, has been missing from the Oil City and Franklin area of Venango County, Pennsylvania, since February 2026, and every day without answers is another day his family is left wondering where he is. Ryan was last known to be at a warming station in Oil City and was last spoken to on February 10, 2026, when he had contact with his girlfriend. His children have not physically seen him since July 2025, and they say it is completely out of character for Ryan to go this long without reaching out to them. He is on life-sustaining medications and his loved ones are deeply worried for his safety. They desperately want to know that he is okay. Ryan is believed to have been on foot, or possibly using a bicycle, as he does not have a vehicle. He had also been known to hitchhike frequently. 

Investigators believe he may still be somewhere in the Venango County area, but after months without confirmed contact, every lead matters.

Ryan is a White male with strawberry blond/blond hair and blue eyes. He stands approximately 5’8″ tall and weighs between 160 and 177 pounds. He has several distinctive tattoos that may help identify him, including “REDNECK” across his chest, “Jessica” on his neck, “Ashley” on one of his hands, “Mom All the Way to Heaven” across his back, “Bean Dipp” tattooed across the fingers of his right hand, and the names of his children tattooed on his bicep.

Ryan is listed in the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs) as a Missing Endangered Person under Case #MP160328.

Please, if you were in the Oil City, Franklin, or surrounding Venango County area in February 2026, think back. Did you see Ryan? Did you speak with him, notice him riding a bicycle, walking, or staying somewhere? Even the smallest detail, something that may seem unimportant, could be the piece investigators need to help bring him home.
