Seventeen-year-old Samantha Miscik has been missing since the early morning hours of July 24, 2026, and Pennsylvania State Police are urgently asking for the public’s help in locating her. Samantha was last seen leaving her home at approximately 4:36 a.m. She is considered missing and endangered due to her autism, mental health conditions, the fact that she was not taking her prescribed medication, and because she left without her glasses, making her especially vulnerable.

Investigators believe Samantha was picked up by an unknown man driving a green Subaru Outback with an unknown license plate. The vehicle was last seen traveling north on Dillon Road in the Acme and Donegal area. Authorities later determined that Samantha was reportedly dropped off in Lancaster on July 24, and she was reportedly seen there over the weekend. Despite these sightings, her current whereabouts remain unknown.

According to Samantha’s father, he believes she may have met the man online before leaving home. Although Samantha had run away in the past, her family says she had since been living with her grandparents in a stable environment. They are deeply concerned for her safety, explaining that she has previously been hospitalized for mental health treatment and is not capable of caring for herself without support.

Samantha is described as 5’4″ tall, weighing approximately 125 pounds, with red hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black shirt and black pants. She normally wears glasses but did not have them with her when she disappeared.
