46 Years Without a Name: Who Was This Woman? 🔎

On July 1, 1980, the remains of an unidentified woman were discovered behind the Shore Bowling Alley in Neptune, New Jersey.

She was estimated to be between 20 and 30 years old and approximately 5’7″ tall, weighing around 135 pounds. Investigators determined she was a White woman with brown hair.

More than four decades later, her identity remains unknown.

Investigators recovered several personal items that could help someone recognize her:
👖 “Zena” blue jeans
👚 A dark blouse with gold threads, labeled “COPENHAGEN DENMARK,” size L
👟 A size 7½ sneaker
💵 Approximately $27 in cash
💇‍♀️ A plastic coarse-tooth comb
🔗 Two necklaces, including a gold-colored choker with a ½-inch letter “T”
💍 A white-metal ring with a white stone
🟤 A brown tortoiseshell bracelet

These may seem like ordinary belongings, but to someone who knew her, one detail could be the clue that finally gives her a name.

Her remains were found in Neptune more than 46 years ago. She deserves more than an unidentified case number. She deserves her name.
