🔎💙 Where Is Harold Collings? A Disappearance Still Without Answers 🕰️🕊️
On the evening of April 10, 2015, 26-year-old Nicholas “Nick” Washburn was last seen in Claremont, New Hampshire. Later that night, his vehicle was discovered crashed into the guardrails of the Main Street Bridge over the Connecticut River. But when authorities arrived, Nick was nowhere to be found.
More than 11 years later, his disappearance remains unexplained, and the questions surrounding that night continue.
💔 Nick was a young man with his whole life ahead of him. Standing 6 feet 3 inches tall, with brown hair and hazel eyes, he was also known by the nickname “Nick.” He had pierced ears and a scar on the underside of his chin.
Nick was last seen at a residence on Block Avenue in Claremont at approximately 9 p.m. that evening. Police had responded to a reported domestic incident, and Nick reportedly left before officers arrived.
Not long afterward, his 2007 Ford Fusion crashed into the guardrails of the Main Street Bridge connecting New Hampshire and Vermont across the Connecticut River. According to investigators, the crash appeared to have been intentional.
🚨 What authorities discovered inside the vehicle only deepened the mystery. Nick’s wallet and three cellphones were left behind. Yet there was no sign of Nick at the scene, and no one reportedly saw anyone leave the area after the crash.
Where had he gone? Had he entered the river, become injured, or wandered away from the crash site? Investigators considered the possibility that he may have been hurt or confused, but searches of the river found no indication of his whereabouts.
Despite search efforts, Nick has never been found.
🕯️ Nick’s case is classified as a lost/injured missing-person case. His disappearance left behind a series of unanswered questions about what happened after his vehicle struck the bridge guardrails. The belongings he left behind remain a troubling part of a case that has never been resolved.
Imagine the uncertainty of not knowing what happened to someone you love. For Nick’s family and those who care about him, the years have passed without the answers they deserve. His disappearance should not be forgotten simply because time has gone by.
